Do you still trust in life?

Subtlety I’ve seen the joyful trust give way to the need to control covered in the idea of creating my own life... Trusting in life felt more and more like an idea from the happy clappies to whom life has been kind.

Now of course I would never say this out loud as that’s not very empowered thinking and I surely know better than that!

But if life supports us, why has it been so harsh on me? Is the kind of thought often we don’t even dare to say out loud for you mustn’t be ungrateful. I’ve experienced so many miracles and I had the opportunity to receive... Life, nature, friends do support. How do some things happen just at the right time... There are gifts and beauty you might not see from where you are right now. It’s still there.

If you’d told me 6 years ago I’d be letting volcanic mud soothe my skin and a sulphuric bath soak away old ideas of what I now can or can’t do anymore I would have stared at you wide eyed hoping you were right.
