Here is a refreshing dose of reality: Humans judge. We form almost instant opinions.⠀
Isn't it liberating to be relating to what is rather than meddling through fantasies?⠀
The first thing people do when they see you is form a judgement. And that's ok. We all do it. ⠀
The most skilled communicators know how they are likely to be thought of and pre-empty it. The relief in a room when the unspoken is said! Try it out. Take the most common judgments about you and speak to them yourself. (If you don't know them, form a little research group, be brave and ask....) That's how you start having fun with it all. ⠀
