There are 2 realities available...

One infused by day-to-day thoughts, influenced by the media and steeped in your reaction to what happens in life. It can be challenging to navigate. It’s full of practical challenges that must be tackled. From business to household, pandemic logistics to social responsibilities.

And the other one is sourced from a higher frequency. A golden sparkle weaved around your world, informing you through bigger vision and powerful stories, ready to nourish you with the energy that brightens that light in your eyes.

Inspiration comes from “breathed in” and refers to the divine breath of life given to us. The ‘inspired state’ feels expansive, light, and alive. We have a knowing and clarity, and this deep, peaceful well-being pulsates through our system as the leading force. I can be doing the dishes, talking to Goddess, receiving clear next steps to live my purpose leading with pleasure in this strange time, feeling relaxed in my shoulders, enjoying my body effortlessly gliding through the kitchen whilst sending warmth to my kids, enjoying an episode.

Opening up to the higher frequencies of awareness and source connection takes the surrender of our hard-wired ideas of what is true.
Sometimes a mentor, friend or event can remind us. Sometimes it’s a prayer. Sometimes it’s a sunset or a full moon or “grace”.
We also have conscious access points that open these access pathways. They are a deep sense of trust and surrender, deep physical relaxation and the way to this I find highly effective: PLEASURE.

Pleasure is not a luxury.
