What I love about the camera training sessions I give, is that we create big results fast.
Today we took care of voice stuck in the speakers throat and freed it to easy resonance which sounds much more pleasant and feels so much better (plus he won't loose his voice anymore that way).

Then we worked on expression. If you are on camera, you are giving a performance.

It's an authentic performance ideally- really connected and aligned with your values and what you stand for but a conscious and deliberate act of sharing and messaging nevertheless. So no more "dead" eyes, no more expressionless faces, no "that's just me" heavy energy. But hello aliveness, fun, passion and mirth. Hello energy through the eyes and backstory in your head...
