Let me share with you two Tales of Impact from my son, Tuffel, that have deeply inspired me…

Despite being in the hospital with kidney stones, Tuffel spreads joy and hope to those around him.

When other children come onto the ward, he comforts them ahead of their operations, telling them that they are about to have a ‘lovely dream’. He asks them what they’d love to dream of and then paints a wonderful picture in their head of what this will look like.

On another occasion in hospital, we came across two ladies who had lost their phones. They of course felt panicked. Tuffel selflessly offered ‘ALL my luck!’ to these strangers, sparking a ripple effect of positivity and relaxation. I have a good feeling they would have found their phones again...

Impact isn't confined to changing the lives of thousands; it can be as simple as bringing a smile to someone's face.

Tuffel exemplifies how small acts of kindness can have a profound impact on others.
These stories remind us that impact is about choosing to be present and intentional in our interactions, no matter the circumstances.
